Rick sold me a used Boyd chair motor. The motor was not in good condition and made more noise than the one I was replacing. I called him about returning the motor and he told me there would not be a restocking fee. I returned the motor and he charged the restocking fee of $90. I also paid $60 to have the motor shipped to me. So it cost me $150 to get a bad motor and return it. Don't do business with this company.

Rick and his team responded to an urgent call to assist FreeDOM Clinic USA in disconnecting 2 donated dental chairs from a retiring dentist and install them at our free dental clinic. He was an absolute blessing in getting this done and for a very reasonable cost. He was kind, professional and extremely responsive. I thank God for his service!
