Excellent excellent staff!! I normally go to the San Dimas location but today I went to Diamond Bar. One of my brackets broke and I was able to schedule same day appointment. Dr. Will is so genuine, kind, and exceptionally professional. He listened to ALL my concerns, then proceeded with actions to care for my issues. Sonia was also part of my care team today and she demonstrated professional, compassionate, and communicative care. She explained EVERY step, which I think is extremely important for patients who are not familiar with the technicalities or dental jargon. I truly appreciated the care both Dr. Will and Sonia. Thank you for your kindness and prioritizing my feelings and concerns.

Wonderful experience at my daughter’s new orthodontist! The staff is warm, professional, and great with kids. Everything was explained clearly, and my daughter felt comfortable the entire visit. We’re so happy we found this office and highly recommend them.

my experience at the clinic was amazinggg. everyone was so kind and welcoming. Edina guided me through the whole consultation. she was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything clearly. it was my first time getting braces and thanks to her and the team, it turned out to be such a smooth and gentle experience. i really appreciate all their care and professionalism.

We were so impressed from the moment we walked in. The waiting area is nice and clean. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Our appointment was for a consult. Everyone was honest, informative and knowledgeable. The office and staff are very geared toward the youth and their education. They offer incentives to keep your teeth brushed and braces intact. My son ended up getting his braces put on that same day. We left feeling like we are in very good hands. Big thanks to Edina!!! Thank you all😊
