My daughter was seen a therapist at the Perelman Center to select a safety bed for my daughter who is severely autistic. The therapist went over which beds were covered by my daughter's insurance and I selected one the was best fitting for my daughter (safe space bed). We were told 3-6 months. We did the home assessment and the guy said our steps were dangerous we would have to pick a new bed and gave me the option of beds by George. In which we didn't think was a good option for my daughter. So countless emails with the therapist (Fannin) we got in contact with Keith Mapes (a vendor through children's) and I picked out Haven by Beds by George and he called me back same day to tell me my daughter's insurance isn't covered with their vendor at children's. We absolutely love Perlman. My son went there for all his therapies until he graduated out and now we get all our equipment through them. They are always so helpful when getting equipment and make my life have a little less stress

They had my daughters speech device since may it’s august I called to check to see if it was in it was & had been sitting since may my daughter has cerebral palsy and is non verbal. They withheld her device for what reason?!
