They’re okay sometimes… still trying to find out how they backlogged my birth control because they don’t carry it and offered no date to when it will be stocked or another alternative…

I loved doing business with Alpha until today i only received half of my medication and when I called to refill the other half they said they delivered the full amount I explained I’ve never had this problem before therefore I thought it was just a partial amount yet they still treat me like im lying to them as they say there’s no way of proving the mistake i trying to explain myself but once again they make me feel like I’m lying to them about a medication that is not something you can get high on or overdose on so I think it’s best i go back to Walgreens after this gets cleared up but as I already know they will say im lying to them smh when all honesty im telling the truth and being it’s a first it was just a partial refill people if you don’t get your correct amount of meds calm them a

They lie and say they don’t have stock and then my doctor would call them and somehow they would miraculously have it in stock. Nowadays they’re always giving me the run around, you can never get a straight answer and they are totally unreliable. Now they refuse to fill my prescription altogether. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I will never use this pharmacy again! They’re liars.

Sending my prescriptions to Alpha Pharmacy was a game changer! They are very responsive, polite and professional. I'm so grateful to have my scripts delivered directly to me now. What a relief.
