Everyone is super nice. I appreciate the care they give my animals. I recently got my sweet orange kitty JEFF! neutered and had blood work done. Everything went smoothly and my sweet baby is happy, healthy and bouncing around like it never happened! Thank you!!! See you next time! :)

I see a lot of reviews about the Veterinarian and I just want to say not all people are jolly. He is very straightforward and no bs. The staff is great and I appreciate the advice he gives. He seems really busy so just have your questions ready and he will answer them all. He could’ve gave my pup a lot of different medications but he saved me money and got my pup healthy again. Thank you

This is one of the most difficult reviews I will ever leave. I have known Dr. Sheffield since I was a little girl. He tended to all my pets growing up, was there til the end for every single one. All I knew was AA Animal Clinic. As an adult living elsewhere now, I go to different vets and time after time I am met with shock and confusion. "What do you mean this cat had surgery? There's no alteration." Vets offering multitudes of disease services and palliative options while he offered none for the same conditions- said there was no treatment, no support. I remember as a teenage girl he was talking politics with my parents. He made fun of me for my opinions. Made me feel small and stupid. I don't even know why we were talking about politics in the vet office while my cat was sick. Dr. S

I just want to thank the doctor and all the nurses & staff. I had to put down a dog that was abandoned with me by my brother, along with her daughter and "husband". In over a year I grew to love her like my own. I am disabled and working part time so I have not been able to get them vet visits like I should have. And I know I was wrong in keeping them. But I could not find a rescue to take them, and knowing that shelters would probably put them down. I judge myself so please don't say anything because you never know when you will be in my same position. Thank you to the whole staff. For not treating me like I felt. And as soon as possible I will be making an appointment to get updated vet visits and shots. Thank you for honestly caring.

If I could give no stars at all, I would. Highly disappointed. I should had read the truthful reviews but I did not. They were the most rude people I have encountered in this industry. They were rude from the moment I made the apt for my 2 dogs and my cat. I ended up making the apt only for my dogs because the recepcionist made me so angry by the way she spoke to me. I continued to make the apt hoping that the doctor would provide me with a better experience, and I could overlook the awful phone customer service. WRONG!!! Everyone was absolutely rude to me, my son and my fur babies. The apt was at 4 pm and I was out by 4:12 pm. It was an express visit. I am not sure if they even liked dogs.
