I first visited A1 Dental about 14–15 years ago when the practice was just starting out and Dr. Bhagia was the only dentist there. Back then, I was very satisfied with her service and the quality of the cleaning. After moving out of state, I couldn’t continue, but now that I’m back in NJ I scheduled another cleaning with her. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. My appointment was rescheduled twice, which I didn’t mind. I had already texted my insurance card well before the visit, so everything should have been set. However, when I arrived, I was told I needed to provide copies of my old X-rays from my previous dentist—who is out of state and two hours behind in time zone. This was impossible to arrange on short notice. The only alternative offered was to pay out of pocket
