I cannot say enough good things about A-Z Urgent Care. My son was injured at a nearby basketball game. We're not from the area and one of the local parents recommended A-Z since it was minutes away. As soon as we walked in the team got to work; literally letting the paperwork wait so they could look at my son. The team was incredible - finding markers and a coloring page for my daughter, getting the wound cleaned so they could evaluate, and explaining everything clearly. My son was cleaned up, stitched up, and by the end cracking dad jokes with everyone. I honestly wish we were closer for future urgent care needs.

There aren’t many urgent care options nearby, so I’ve always relied on this location when I can’t get in to see my regular doctor. I appreciate the non-commercial urgent care in this community and most of my experiences have been positive—until my most recent visit, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 3. I came in with a severe ankle sprain. Dr. Herring evaluated me and gave a lengthy anatomy lesson about ligaments before addressing my actual concern. While informative, it felt unnecessarily detailed and a bit condescending. He downplayed the injury, saying I’d be walking fine in a week and to “listened to my body” to know when I could resume hiking and biking when I asked if I should take it easy for the usual 3-6 weeks for a sprain. Everyone at this location is so friendly and caring. It’s like being part of the family. We are so impressed with the care received that we actually decided to make this our Primary Care Provider. Highly recommend.

Diane at the front desk took the time to help me with my insurance. She was so nice. She made every step easy to understand and one less hassle.

A-Z is my first thought if an illness/issue arises. I have been visiting A-Z for some time now. They are kind and courteous, they make you feel like you are family. I’ve always been pleased with the services they provide. I am currently switching to have A-Z act as my PCP. They provide an immediate response. I am very happy to recommend A-Z for anyone.
