Therapist # 1 is one of the best out there - you’ll leave relaxed and refreshed. Therapist # 3 is the best for working on your knots. Especially if you like very firm pressure. She’s amazing. You can customize your massage however you want - areas, pressure, stretching, walking, relaxation, or deep muscle work. ⸻ I’ve been getting Thai massages for over 30 years, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I came in to feel better and get help for my back pain—and I walked out feeling worse. I signed up for a Thai massage. What I got was oil, someone walking on my upper and mid-back for 45 minutes straight, and no relief whatsoever. I told the therapist several times that my pain was in my lower left back, but she ignored it. The walking started to make my back feel more painful, and I finally had to ask her to stop. Only then did she spend about 10 minutes on the actual area I came in for—and even that was sloppy. She jabbed her elbow into the pelvic bone, not the muscle.
