A to Z Family Dentistry

This was my first visit. Dawn was amazing. She took all my issues into consideration and was very accommodating. Dr. Massie was wonderful. He was even at the desk when I checked out. Now that's what I call excellent customer service!

I recently had my teeth cleaned at A to Z Family Dentist in Troy, IL. I have been going here for quite some time and always enjoy my experience. Everything is very streamlined and professional—from filling out medical information online to receiving several reminders and notifications leading up to your appointment via text. Julie at the front desk is amazing and makes scheduling, payment, and asking questions super easy. The dental hygienist who worked with me was easy-going, asked great questions, and always made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Massie always comes in to check X-rays and see how everything is looking overall. He is short and to the point, which I really appreciate. They get you in and out in a timely manner, and I will continue to use their services.

Today was my first time in this office. Dawn took such good care of me! I have some sensitivity to some of the procedures and she was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. I felt she gave me a very thorough cleaning! Dr. Massie came in and was just so personable and kind. He too was very thorough and I appreciated his expertise on my next procedures. The whole office was clean, the staff was exceptional and I’d recommend this dental office to anyone!!

On time as always! The entire staff was polite, professional, friendly and personable. My cleaning was great, the doctor answered all of my questions completely, and even visited with me a little. At A to Z they are GENUINELY concerned about you as a person, not just a patient. Awesome place, been going there since the day they opened, no plans to change that. I actually travel there from near San Antonio - worth the trip!

35 weeks pregnant and had a toothache. The staff got me in same day with no issues and Dr. Massie and his assistant answered all of my questions (which were a lot). He took his time and made sure I was as comfortable for the entire visit.
