We were on a camping trip, heading to Big Bend. For about 3 days the skin on my middle back had been burning like a bad burn.When I realized I was having early symptoms of shingles I knew that I needed to get checked before we were out in the middle of nowhere. I found Saucedo’s Urgent Care & Family Medicine in Ft. Stockton. We arrived there right about 1:00. The receptionist was so sweet & helpful. I filled out information & was taken back by a very nice nurse to see Dr. Saucedo shortly. He was so kind, concerned & efficient. He prescribed 3 prescriptions to help ease the pain & healing. He sent Rx’s to pharmacy close by. We were able to pick them up right away & we’re on the road again. Each day the burning pain receded. By the time that I finished the meds in a week, all pain was gone,

Visited this place while in vacation. I went in for a boil and it was a very painful procedure to me. Dr Sauceda made sure he explained every step of the procedure to me and made me a comfortable as possible. What I really liked about him is that even though I told him I was just passing through on vacation, he showed a genuine concern about my health. Great doctor.

We had a wonderful, unmatched experience here. We’ve been in and out of our local PCP for MONTHS. One visit here and we were more validated (our lungs were not, in fact, “sounding fine” as we’d been told at previous visits with other physicians in spite of our concerns) and supported than we had been after multiple visits elsewhere. The nurses, staff, and doctor were kind, thorough, comprehensive, and compassionate, even with a crying baby in tow! Will be coming here first from now on!

I'd give zero stars if I could. Disgusting behavior by PA Sauceda. My friend was having a really hard time due to medical trauma. We went seeking help and understanding. Instead, we got yelled at, belittled, bullied, and told that the reason she's struggling is because she's dehydrated. An IV (which they conveniently sell) would help. He kept asking her in an aggressive tone why she was there, she (sobbing) answered, and he responded that he was waiting to hear a certain word. What does that even mean? We weren't there to play games. He said I'll just write you a prescription since that's what you want. I told him to keep it, and we walked out. I have NEVER seen such abhorrent behavior from a medical professional. The two young ladies in the front were very nice and helpful. It's sad they

Absolutely a wonderful experience. I am out of state on a RV trip and have an extreme sciatica pinch. Price was extremely reasonable and Doctor was very knowledgeable about my issue. Everyone in the office had great personalities. Thank you for your help!
