A & S Pharmacy

After years of dealing with the bad service at CVS I was so happy to find A&S. So nice to deal with. Always helpful. One reviewer was complaining how they didn't follow up. Not my experience at all. These are my medications so I do need to initiate conversations but they are fast and efficient.

Outside of getting the package delivered within 24 hours. I was also notified that the delivery person had hit traffic. The delivery driver called to verify the address and asked if he should leave it in the mailbox or the door. Since we had a full flight of stairs, I thought he could just leave it in the mailbox. He saw the stairs and brought it to the front door and waited in the car until I opened the door to receive the delivery. Very thoughtful! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Driver contacted me through my cell and stated he would be there in about 15 minutes and he was. He stated that I needed to sign for the package and that if I wasn’t home, he could send me a link in which to sign and he would then leave where I requested. He was very nice and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the pharmacy again.

They provide Great service and amiable staff. I loved that the delivery person called me and said he was coming. It helped me to be home by the time he arrived. Love the service

One of the most unprofessional specialty pharmacies that I have dealt. They do not provide updates on the status of an approval, lie about their follow ups and then blame the patient for their short comings. Their response is that they have 1000s of patients can't follow up with everyone. If you are not able to deliver the service, then state that up front and both doctors and patients can decide if they want to do business with you.
