Heather is amazing! She is incredibly talented and professional. She listens and reacts and will make a massage custom tailored to fit any need. I will definitely return. The use of essential oils in the massage oils fills the entire space making it an absolute whole experience

The best place for a massage in Orlando! Heather is very knowledgeable and able to pinpoint muscles that are tight without even telling her. After my first massage, I have been coming back every week. My muscles are looser and get better with each treatment. In addition to the great massages, she is very responsive to text messages and always on time for my scheduled appointments!

Heather is fantastic! Went to see her weekly for a couple of months and then every other week during a prolonged period of intense stress. Heather's treatments are part massage, part energy work (via pressure points and aromatherapy) and my treatment was customized each appointment based on what my body was holding or dealing with at that time. As a practitioner, Heather is deeply intuitive and really listens to your feedback about preferences (even if those shift a bit from treatment to treatment). Her presence is super calm and anchored. She is a wealth of knowledge. And she is just an absolutely lovely human being. I recommend her highly and love that she's so conveniently located in APGD (her treatment room is tucked back in a completely private space in a hallway at The Lovely)

Heather is amazing. She just gave me the best massage ever. I truly feel brand new. The therapy room is cozy, it smells delicious and the temperature is perfect.
