First and foremost, this is hands-down, the best orthodontic office. I have four kids, two of them have had braces as well as myself. . My oldest had her orthodontic treatment done at another Orthodontic office and needless to say it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Luckily, when my second child and myself needed braces, I found A+ orthodontics and they have been nothing short of wonderful. They truly go above and beyond from your treatment with them, to referrals you might need , to the cost of braces . They really care about those patients. They have a friendly and welcoming environment/office. Everyone their is on the same page and that means a lot when dealing with you teeth. If you looking for a office that cares , I would try them out

Stay away from this office. They have the most ridiculous policy for retainers. I have had my retainers broken TWICE already, and I had to come OUT OF POCKET for a replacement. It is like 200+ for ONE RETAINER, NOT THE PAIR. I am so gentle when I clean the retainers, but they are plastic and CHEAP. The retainers are completely flimsy. I've spoke to many different orthodontist offices and they all informed me that replacements for retainers should've been covered, especially since I went through my insurance. For Dr. Reza, he can care less about his patients. Every check up appointment I had, I waited 30 mins - 1 hour to be called in. So if my appointment was at 2pm I wouldn't be called until 2:30 or 3pm. Never go here it’s the worst place to come very unprofessional I come to get my braces today just because I told the lady I don’t want any colors I want my braces to look the more normal at this time since the beginning was giving me attitude when I said no color she was giving more attitude they gave me a retainers I been having headaches and nauseas I explain to the doctor he came and talk to me and he told me if you can handle this I can do this I explain to him I understand this is part of the process and he just said I can’t put them I’m coming all the way from Santa Clarita just for this so please if you are planning to get your braces done don’t come here this is the worst place ever
