I was looking for a new massage therapist because I was driving too far for my regular one. Elizabeth is so flexible with scheduling, and she really is the only person I've found in a while that has actually helped my knots. I have a physical job, and I've noticed that it's taking more of a toll on my muscles, especially my back, as i age. Since I've been seeing Elizabeth regularly, I've been in a lot less pain and I've had noticeably faster recovery when I do hurt myself at work. At this point I budget in regular visits bc it feels like health care.
