My therapist was amazing. She took her time and treated me with the utmost respect. On my way out she gave me free literature on how to better care for the particular areas that have been bothering me. Nothing but good vibes from her and the facility. I will definitely be back.

Ranks up with one of the worst massages I’ve had. The broken down cars upon arrival were a wonderful touch. I’ve been a LMT for 24 years. Sure she didn’t know this, though it was in my paperwork, and on my voicemail, where she left a message. She mentioned prior to start that she would incorporate stretching, which would be normal in a 90-minute session. This was more like joint manipulation, in the very worst way. I now have shearing pain in a shoulder that didn’t hurt prior to this session. The actual amount of massage time on the back, neck and shoulders was very minimal. I was more than disappointed, as her reviews were decent. Hoping she doesn’t injure someone. I’ll certainly not return or recommend.

One of the most rudest person I have ever spoke with in my life! Purchased a Groupon on a Friday left a message waited until Wednesday never got a callback. So I decided to leave a text message the lady responded with the most nastiest text message I have ever seen from a company told me she doesn’t need my business because they’re busy anyway. Told me that she does not need to jump when a client or potential client contact the company. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Purchased couple coupons thru seize the deal. Had two locations listed so we picked the location that would be new to us. Called left a few messages but no return calls. Finally got through and Lady would not honor our coupons stating we were not new customers. We told her about the address, she said that was her old address. Asked for a refund. She said no. The massage was not that great anyway.

Nearly impossible to contact to set up an appointment... I even tried texting and she takes 2 days to respond to calls and texts. Not worth it. I bought a massage on Groupon and cancelled it.
