A+ Family Dental Care

I went to this dentist for the first time today. Its the only place I could find that took my insurance and could see me kn such short notice. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist, but the oral surgeon and staff today were excellent. Really down to earth and put me a little at ease. I had 2 teeth extracted and they were very professional and understanding

I’ve never written a review but others need to know to not go here! My husband and I went to this dentist a few years ago and the teeth they worked on have been giving us nothing but problems ever since. My husband’s fillings fell out on the drive home. They insisted on drilling my front tooth that later chipped after the work. We are highly dissatisfied and never returned.

This place is horrible. Not only are the staff pretty miserable, but last time I went. I had a couple cavities. The dentist told me they were covered and then I said “fine if it’s not going to cost me anything extra then do it”. He assured me multiple times it wouldn’t cost anything with my insurance. After being done I went to the lobby and the women tells me I owe all this money because of the cavities. I was pissed and they said it was because they looked at the wrong insurance. Then they made me pay for their mistake So I got screwed. Worst customer care ever. Not to mention the whole time you’re getting your teeth cleaned the dentist is being a salesman for a product he sells. Would not recommend at all

I went to this dentist for like 10 years because that's what my insurance took. Not only does a horrible place not take Medicaid anymore, they also messed up 2 of my root canals to the point of infection for BOTH. Had to get them retreated. Also incredibly rude dentist (at least from what I recall). Highly don't recommend. If looking for one, go to the other A+ dentals nearby. I've had better experiences there.

Arrived around 9 this morning to attempt to make an appointment. Was greeted by a locked door, we turned away to walk down to the other door only to have a woman pop out and accuse us of looking in her car. No "can I help you?" She was immediately just rude and accusing possible patients of trying to get into her car. We told her the hours that were shown online and she angrily told us they're closed. We mentioned that she didn't have to be so rude and it turned into her threatening to fight us. Not to mention, this woman is the manager and her adolescent daughter had no problem racially profiling us and belittling us for our insurance plans....I personally don't appreciate the anger and rudeness that was directed towards us as genuinely confused people trying to get into a business that s
