A Better You

Dr Todd Simpson is great but certain staff was awful... Was early for an appointment.. one day and Mr Simpson was late... Which is okay because it was the first time and 6 years he ever did that.. but he was told by his staff that I was very rude and disrespectful.at my appointment also that i was being loud which was not true at all and I even was told that the staff said that I made them..uncomfortable which is untrue because.. when I was there I talked to them about thanksgiving and was nothing but nice to the staff .... and i was respectful and since I had waited there over an hour and a half for my appointment and he didn't show I asked if I could get a call from them and just do my appointment that way because I had to pick up my daughter anyways also I want to say that he did call

I have had only positive experiences at Dr. Simpson's office. His staff, especially his assistant, Alicia, are wonderful. I really enjoy interacting with Alicia. She and Dr. Simpson are always so pleasant, not rushed, moody, or scowling like many other doctors. I appreciate that he listens to his patients. He always asks if you're doing all right, both physically and emotionally. I highly respect and recommend Dr. Simpson and his clinic, A Better You.

This facility is amazing. I cannot say enough praise to be worthy of what they deserve. Everybody who works there is just very polite and welcoming. The first time I stepped in the door for my first appointment Dr. Simpson made me feel like I had known him for years. The nursing staff, secretaries, and lab workers matched Dr. Simpson's welcome energy. My only regret about this place is that I didn't find it years ago. Don't make the same mistake that I did and wait to make an appointment. Get on the phone and go so these fine folks as soon as possible.

Dr. Miller treated me like a drug seeker and misdiagnosed my problem. Waste of my time . Front office and nurses were nice and efficient though. I’d recommend finding another doctor.
