A Better Body Massage Therapy

I've been a client of A Better Body since the spring of 2023, so this review is long overdue. At that time, I wasn't seeking regular massage therapy, but only some work on my legs in advance of a race I was preparing for. I had very limited prior experience with massage therapy, so I was unsure whether this would become something I would seek out on a regular basis. Since that time, I've returned regularly. The space is clean and comfortable, and the ambiance is very relaxing. Everyone I've spoken with there has been very helpful and friendly. Yesterday I had the best massage of my life! I had been in unbearable pain for the last 5 months — I’ve dealt with chronic pain since a car accident when I was 8 or 9, so I have lots of things I do to manage pain, but this particular pain was beyond what I could treat at home.
