This review has been long needed and I just kept forgetting, but this dentist has been one I’ve been going to since I was like 16. I’m 23 now and they’ve always been kind and accommodating as far as booking appointments goes. I’ve always felt comfortable here and staff is very communicative in person. Luis at the front has also especially been very sweet and kind to me always. If there’s anything that comes up for earlier availability or something where I need to reschedule, Luis is on top of it and understands and is super welcoming so that’s also a plus. Overall, good dentist to go to.

I’ve been coming to this dentist for years and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience. The staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming, and they genuinely care about their patients. The dentist takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you’re comfortable at every visit. The office is clean, organized, and runs on time, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust long-term.

I was seen by Dra Franco, she is very professional and caring, she makes me feel very confortable and takes her time to explain the process in each session. I'm usually super nervous every time I go to the dentist, but she really made me trust in dentists again after a past bad experiences. The only complain I have is, that a few weeks ago I went for my 9:15 appt and when I got there it was about 7 people waiting to get in, including staff and Dr's. Apparently the person with the key for the office had an emergency and showed up after 9:30. I understand emergencies happen but they should have a back up plan for this type of inconvenient. I request time off from work every time I have a doctor's appt so it was frustrating. Office staff are very nice over all.

I had a great experience at this offices The customer service was amazing — everyone was friendly and professional. They did an excellent job on my dental cleaning and extraction. The staff made me feel comfortable the whole time, and the results were perfect. Special thanks to Louis and Laisha for their great service and kindness — they truly made my visit even better! Unprofessional service and reception. Update system doesn’t work no appointment reminders. Scheduled me for 1 (during the Dr.’s lunch break) couldn’t take me and told me they don’t know why someone told me that time as a response. Sent me to an endodontist for a root canal and told me to come back for a crown made me an appointment a couple days ago (maybe 2 days) for the 18th and called today to see if it’s anything earlier and was informed they stop taking my insurance on the 15th something they knew when they scheduled me all of this and had the NERVE to be nasty on the phone DON’T GO! I’m a new patient and I was just trying to get my crown from the place but never again!
