They haven't been answering the phone for a few days. What are they doing that they can't answer the phone? Just now, I was on hold for an hour. I've been trying to get in contact with them for days, and they are not answering the phone. What gives?

Completely unorganized and chaotic. Constant issues with the pharmacy. Took a week for my doctor to sign a prescription for prenatals. I went in 3 separate times before they had to track down the doctor just for a signature. Also, the pharmacy technician is completely rude every time. I can't even believe that someone can be that miserable, rude, and disrespectful every single day. I've had multiple bad experiences here and know several people who feel the same way. I hope they improve and get better with time. They can only go up from here. Edited to say... they got worse. So apparently it can get worse 😂

This clinic has by far been the worst I have experienced in my families military travels. My experience with this clinic has consisted of long wait times, difficulties getting in for appointments, referrals, and providers who laugh at concerns, and finally providers who don't complete required paperwork for weeks. I for one will be relieved when my family is no longer receiving their healthcare from this clinic.

The staff were super friendly and polite. The doctor saw me quickly and was careful to find the source of my injury without causing harm to it. She explained everything she was doing during our appointment and why. Gave me instructions to reduce the risk of muscle atrophy without overdoing it… I would have probably overdone it and hurt myself otherwise. Or underdone it and ended up more hurt. She helped me understand the balance I need to strike to heal without causing more damage to my injury. Which is important for any patient who wants to heal a.s.a.p. Overall, she had a kind bedside manner, and I’m glad to have her for a doctor. I’ll make sure to follow her instructions, and I hope heal quickly.
