986 Specialty Pharmacy Pasadena

This is my go-to pharmacy, & I am so grateful for them. I had previously used this pharmacy a few times for specialty meds (that regular pharmacies couldn't fill). After CVS messed my (regular) meds up multiple times, I asked for my prescriptions to be transferred to 986. This pharmacy finally cleared up & corrected the mess that CVS created. I always receive my meds early, thankfully have no mistakes, & they're very easy & pleasant to deal with. My only regret is not going to them sooner. Thank you 986 for making my med needs a lot easier.

The staff at this pharmacy are extremely unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this location. I visited the pharmacy and asked for Stephen, but I accidentally pronounced the name slightly differently (like “Stephan,” as in Stephen Curry). Instead of correcting me politely, several staff members laughed, and one of them repeatedly mocked the mispronunciation by saying, “Stephan! Stephan!” I asked to speak with the manager — who is Stephen — and explained that this behavior was disrespectful, rude, and completely inappropriate for a professional setting, but the managers did not seem to be apologetic either. I can see how these managers train the staffs. No customer should ever be treated this way. Avoid this pharmacy unless you want to deal with staff who lack basic courtesy and

I absolutely give this pharmacy 5 stars ⭐️. They somehow got a very expensive antibiotic covered 100 percent with my insurance and delivered in a speedy manner. Customer service, Kelly, the rep that worked with me, went above and beyond customer care. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Very good pharmacy, everyone is super friendly. I get my meds delivered but anytime I have had a problem or needed something I can call them right up and they are helpful. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

Very helpful and friendly. Free delivery is a fantastic service! Also a huge plus that they offer services in English, Chinese, Spanish, and Armenian. My son's prescription was easily filled by Ararat even though another pharmacy wasn't sure they could get the much more affordable generic brand.
