Worse experience ever. I clearly asked if they did prenatal massages before paying and they said yes. I paid $50 for 60 minutes. I got to the room and undressed myself and the masseuse is telling me to lay down face down, I tell her I’m pregnant I could not lay face down for long periods that is why I asked if they did prenatal massages prior to paying. I still gave a place a shot and she spend 20 minutes on one foot until I requested if she could please do my neck area. She pretty much through a fit said she couldn’t cause of COVID policy. Not sure how that’s the case. I literally walked out only having 5 mins to go into 30 mins. I requested if I could please get refunded $10 since I only got 30 mins instead of 60mins. She threw the $10 at me. Never coming here again!

I would not recommend you go to this place at all, I paid for an hour massage, I did request to work more on my upper back, the lady said that in order to do that, I needed to give them a $20 tip minimum which was totally unprofessional and guess what, the girls didn't even work on my request, $10 tip was already given to the credit card and she wanted $10 more. I left that place with more stress than what I was before due to the rude service.

I've been here 2 times and I've had the pain therapy massage. It really helps! My therapist, Cici (hope I spelt it right), is fantastic. Very clean and nice atmosphere. I'm glad I gave this place a try. I will be coming back.

Worst experience, not even a massage, i came out having more back pain than the one i came in with, and on top of it, they ask you for tip before anything. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!! NOT COMING BACK EVER. It feel like I threw my money away.. i give them 1 000 000 negative stars

To be honest i came to this place because it was near my house everthing was good ,till when i had to give her tip after the massage lady asked me to give her $20 tip i said excuse me i think tips are optimal but she insisted to give her 20 more i was she didnt do a good job and she still wanted more money on top that,i think asians massage places they take advantage of others people if u let your self ..but ima report this .
