I had a great experience! The staff was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, especially regarding insurance coverage and costs. They made sure I understood my options before moving forward. The process was smooth, I never felt rushed, and the team made a stressful situation much easier. I really appreciated their transparency and care. Highly recommend!

My appointment at 850 Modern Dentistry went smoothly, from start to finish. I was greeted by a kind and enthusiastic receptionist that was very patient with me and answered all my questions. The lobby was clean and comfortable and I did not have to wait long. I was very nervous as I don't like people poking around in my mouth but the assistant and the Dentist themselves were very aware of this, checked in on me often throughout and over all made the experience very quick and painless. We even shared a few jokes! I will be recommending this business to all of my family and friends in the future who find themselves in need of dental work!

Highly impressed! New-ish to the area, and they got in me in months sooner then what I had booked elsewhere. The dental technician Sarah was so sweet! She had to work with my smaller oral opening, as she politely stated, to get my X-rays, I played on it, but we giggled away then! Dr. Toby was quick for my evaluation, and said that there was nothing outstanding to worry about. Got my cleaning booked for the next week! 👍🏼😁

I came here for a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did! Dr. Thompson was absolutely amazing. He is kind, patient, and thorough. I didn’t even mention that I have dental anxiety, but he somehow just knew how to make me feel comfortable. He talked me through every step of the exam, explaining what he was doing and why, which helped me relax completely. From the moment I walked in, the whole team made me feel cared for. Mallory at the front desk went above and beyond (she’s even calling my insurance company to make sure I understand what’s covered before any procedure). Great experience! Had my first visit and cleaning. They made me feel so comfortable. I love they have doors to close and feel more cozy and private. Dr. Thompson explained everything to me and made it feel really personalized. His assistant and front desk were so warm and welcoming too. When I went for my cleaning, I was nervous to try a new hygienist, but she was amazing! She talked through everything she was doing, explained it, and was just very sweet. Excited to come back for years to come. I'm also loving their membership program- really helps those of us who do not have dental insurance.
