Dr. Sam is amazing. With adults and children, my kids were very comfortable and so were my husband and I. Appreciate how gentle he is and explains everything out! Norma is also a great dental assistant with him!

Wish I could give this place zero stars. I had complications with my dental insurance so I paid cash. They said they would reimburse me my money after they received payment from my insurance which was the most polite way to say they were going to scam me for my cash payment and keep it as a "credit". They won't give me my money back because they issue "NO REFUNDS". The only problem with this is that I PAID AND MY INSURANCE PAID! This isn't a refund when I over paid for my services. Called multiple times only to be sent away with the "need to speak to a supervisor about the issue" only for nobody to ever reach out. After awhile of no communication I speak to someone again only for them to blame me for the whole situation while the woman on the phone was condescending and extremely rude. Why

SCAMMERS. They took my husbands money after the insurances company also paid them and now they don't want to reimburse us. They knew what they were doing. HORRIBLE. No customer service. Extremely greedy. Wouldn't let them work on my animals.

First time here at Family Dental…Amazing staff here to get some work done from a previous dentist. The staff made a care plan for me to get rid of the pain and explained everything throughly. I will be retuning for further work on my beautiful smile! Thank you for all you do! Happy Customer-

Great experience overall! Easy to call and book appointment, and. Dr. Sam provided amazing care. Would definitely recommend. 5/5!
