From the phone call to make an appointment to the office manager, assistants and Dr. Forrest, the quality of care along with their empathy made the work I had done superb. My healing is going along without any problems. I could not have found a better place to have Dental Care

I typically don’t leave reviews, but because of the great service I received, I felt compelled to. I had an amazing experience of 5th Avenue dental. First time patient there I came in for a routine cleaning. The dentist came in and saw me was very attentive and answered all my questions and concerns. My hygienist for my cleaning was amazing. She took her time to make sure everything was done, right and even when above and beyond. I’m very happy I found this place and will be using it regularly.

I love that the office feels welcoming and not sterile in the sense of feeling cold. Every person i interacted witn are organizednand attentive. They listen to what is going on and explain things in a way that's easy to understand. Going to the dentist got an upgrade. They designed a game plan to go back and tackle some cracks in a tooth and gave me lots of helpful information how to maintain my dental health. The fear of going and the deep cleaning were not as scary or painful as anticipated. I feel like I am taking care of overdue issues I was having and mad for not doing it sooner.

I just switched dental practices and couldn't be happier! This team of dentist, hygienist and dental assistants are all so friendly and accommodating, as well as the office staff. They make you feel so at ease from the moment you enter the front door. I highly recommend this practice!
