5 Star Pharmacy & Medical Supply

I’ve been having a hard time getting one of my prescriptions and so I know about 5 Star Pharmacy because they are a local business two minutes from my house. I called over there explaining my situation and Mike was more than helpful and very kind. I like sticking with the mom and pop pharmacies and will continue to stay with 5 Star! I was surprised at the amount of cool items they sold in there as well! They have a little bit for all ages!! When I saw some of the candy items for sale it brought me back to my childhood which I enjoyed and took a picture! Everyone that works there are kind and patient and they don’t make you feel rushed if you have questions. Thank you Mike & Jen and everyone else for taking care of me you are greatly appreciated!!

Extremely convenient and fast. I have NEVER in my life experienced a pharmacy like this one. You don't get them eye balling you for your medications like most chain pharmacy's do! Mike and his staff go above and beyond. Not only do they supply your medications but it is a special place for My wife,she loves butterflies and Mike breeds them. When they pass he put's them into beautiful shadow boxes to buy. The money you spend on buying them goes towards a wonderful cause. Mike is raising money for handicap children to come up to his ranch and ride on his horse's. I hope he meets his goal. He is a great person with a huge heart. This is the friendliest and most courteous, among most professional pharmacy that I have yet to experience. I transferred here recently after years with Walgreens and could no longer take the lack of communication between the pharmacist and me. Prior authorizations would never initiated, calls to my physicians when necessary were not fulfilled, and worst of all I never once was counseled on my medications (even my biologics!)! I experienced a 180 degree shift however when I made the transition to this pharmacy and Michael G. welcomed me into his pharmacy. His caring demeanor in addition to filling and explaining how the details of my medications in such an expeditious manner were second to none. Simply put, I will never look back. He is my pharmacist. When I walk into the pharmacy, I am greeted by name. They are always able to fill prescriptions that other places don't carry. If my refills run out they call my doctor and get new prescriptions. All my medications are ordered, filled and ready to go every month. I just give them a call and show up. Each pharmacist has vast knowledge in many areas and are informative and a pleasure to speak with. Five Star is now a vital part of my medical team. I cannot see how they could improve----5 Star is on point.

This pharmacy is great! Definitely the best customer service in and around the area. They are very nice and approachable. The owner will try to work with you and is very committed. Keep up the good work guys!
