I work as a dental hygienist and well massage is a crucial part of my life. Moved recently to Benicia and was looking for an experienced massage therapist. Yo-Yo is excellent, strong and skilled in her technique. Glad I found her and that she was able to get me in on short notice. The hot stones was a surprise bonus.:) Recommend highly.

Extremely aggressive with tips. I had an unpleasant experience. The masseuse acted as though she was in a hurry and was rough. I asked her to be more gentle. She wasn't. When time was up, she said nothing but scurried out of the room. The demand for tips, including a sign at the desk, was extremely off-putting.

I love the 90min Full body spa and 30min foot massage. It is always a great pleasure to talk to the front desk guy. He is very cheerful, calm and nice. The massage therapist is quite skilled and experienced at her job. Also, these people don't give you a hard time and make you feel bad about the tip unlike other Yan spa receptionist. So, the overall experience feels wonderful from the time you book till you leave.

YoYo is excellent. VERY skilled and does a fabulous massage every time I've gone. I ask for her every time! The man at the front desk is friendly and courteous and professional. The place is clean, with restful lighting and comfortable massage tables, but the real star of the show is YoYo, and I hope she is getting paid well for all her hard work and excellence.

I'm in town for work. My shoulders are so tight that I can not sleep. I found this place open in the evening and available for a walk in. I was treated with respect, I was taken care of to all my needs. This is an industry that is a service. My experience with this establishment was of complete professionalism. Extreme knowledge of the trade. They do have suggested tips amounts posted. My opinion of this is that they get clientele who do not understand that this occupation is a service, and tips are expected. I made an appointment to return. I was extremely pleased with my massage and service.
