Let me start by saying this. If you need to go to an MRI center, you're going there for a reason. And to have to park on a second floor parking garage and walk downstairs? It's ridiculous. I had a knee issue, and I had to climb. And go downstairs to get to an MRI center. My appointment time was at 9 AM. Somewhere along the line, they changed my appointment to 8:45. And the reception is called with a little bit of an attitude about my appointment time. And then the tech was OK but I tell her that the paper shorts didn't fit because you're not here for a fashion show. I mean, people are there for a reason? And I think, as employees, you guys should have empathy, also, as a company. You really should check out how your patients are going to get In-N-Out of a facility. It was the most painful

3T Radiology provides service on a level that exceeds any other radiology service that I've ever experienced. The office is clean and comfortable. the staff is outstanding. The follow-up exceeded all my expectations. I had an issue with a piece of equipment and, not only did they promptly respond to my concern, they also worked diligently to offer a solution, The solution was resolved by the efforts of their exceptional staff, specifically by a tech named Vidale, who was thoughtful and was able to determine the cause and then immediately offer a solution. I would recommend--without reservation--that you use 3T Radiology for all your scans.

The stag was very professional, attentive and helpful. The facility is easy to get to, plenty of parking. The technician was very sweet, and helpful during the exam to make me as comfortable as possible by providing headphones and a blanket. They have lockers to keep your personal belongs safe during your test. I would go back if needed.

Excellent experience at 3T Radiology. The entire team was professional and welcoming, from Annette, the manager, to the front desk staff. The process was smooth, efficient, and very well organized. I was a bit nervous, but Annabelle, the assistant tech, explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable. The facility was very clean, and the imaging equipment looked modern and high quality. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. I would absolutely recommend this imaging center to anyone. Highly recommended.

The staff couldn't’ be more on schedule, kind and accommodating for those of use who have trouble with these exams. The only center i can handle an MRI that isn’t open. Attributed to the calming professional nature of the staff. And being on schedule. No extra time left alone to overthink it. A blessing to have found this office.
