Caroline of 3D Vitality Sports and Therapeutic Massage is a wonderful massage therapist. Booking is easy, and Caroline works with my schedule. Her space is cozy and clean, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Caroline listens to my concerns and targets areas that need the extra work. Her sessions are not one-size fits all, and she caters each experience to meet my needs. She provides excellent tips for stretching and follows up when needed. I highly recommend 3D!

Gabriella is great! I have been seeing her once a week for about 5 months now. Living a very active lifestyle (running, weight lifting, physical job), I need to take care of my body. Caroline helped me get through a very difficult time with my neck. I think my posture has been bad for 40-50 years and it finally got to the point where it was causing headaches and my doctor said I needed to correct it. Caroline‘s technique was amazing. I am straighter than I have been for at least 20 years. Her advice from her years of being a trainer help because she gave me some exercises that stabilized me as well. Without her help I would still be suffering. I am so grateful for her talent as a massage therapist.

Caroline offers one of the best massages especially if you have persistent muscle pain like I do. She is professional and personable and makes you feel comfortable… saying this is your time to relax. The space is quiet and inviting. I would definitely recommend.
