360 Urgent Care - Wilmington

Great experience yesterday. I was seen very quickly and efficiently. Facility was clean and organized. I didn't catch the nurse's name but she was amazing and so kind and Michael was nice and informative as well.

I was seen quickly, everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. The place is super clean and organized. It’s really nice knowing there’s an urgent care nearby that you can trust. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area.

Wonderful caring professionals! I had been previously evaluated at a different walk-in in Wilmington. A week later i was not well, and after calling 360, I decided to be reeevaluated by them. Melissa at the front desk went beyond being helpful. She was kind and empathetic as was the attending healthcare professional. I highly recommend this facility. I also learned that it is under new ownership. Best wishes for great success.
