I have to give a shout out to Leti! She took care of my son who is 7 very well. She was gentle and positive. She was very reassuring to him. I was nervous because he needed two fillings and I wasn’t sure how they would handle him. But he did great with Leti guidance. Best employee experience I’ve had since we started going here. Also the doctor she did great as well(I forgot her name)

I went here two years ago, one of their new employees dropped a heavy device on my head causing me to scream. Yes accidents happen naturally, but I was charged full price for my cleaning and oh I’m so sorry, not even a discount. A good dentist would be more concerned about customer service versus payments. My head was in pain for two days, and there was no discount, nothing they wanted the full price for cleaning. Please don’t waste your time here. This dr knows that just because we know the same people and we are Filipino, he thinks it’s ok to be focused on payments. If you want a dentist that cares this is not the dentist for you.

I have scheduled an appt two weeks ago, I think, for Wednesday 3/26 2pm. Now, I called today to cancel my appt tomorrow but I was told that there is a $50 cancellation fee because they want 48 hrs ahead cancellation. I told the lady who answered my call that I actually tried canceling on Sunday through online since the clinic is closed, but they have no option to cancel online. I tried canceling on a Sunday evening because I just got my work schedule for the week. They lady said that they sent me a text message on Saturday to confirm my appt, I wasn’t paying attention much on my phone and did not remember that I got a message from them. Now, I explained to the lady on the phone that I would’ve been able to cancel it 48 hrs ahead if there is an option to cancel online or if their office was

Went to the office as a new patient and was amazed of how great and friendly the staff was. What was special about this office is that the dental team took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and everyone was very thorough. In comparison to all the offices I've been to over the years I have found that they are very reasonably priced and pay attention to the small details; such as, the overall cleanliness of the office (especially during the pandemic), the technology utilized is second to none, and I appreciate how they treat me as a patient! I highly recommend this office to anyone who wants to find a new dental office that provides quality care!

The team at 32 Dental are extremely caring and take very good care of me and my entire family. My kids LOVE going to get their cleanings and say they have the best toys to pick afterwards! Dr. K always takes the time to listen and give me his honest, professional opinion and his wife Jackie is one of the nicest people. Of course on top of all this the team does phenomenal dental work!
