24/7 Express Care

I took my 2-year-old daughter to 24/7 Express Care for nothing more than a runny nose and cough. What happened during the visit with Dr. Jeffrey Man left me shocked and extremely uncomfortable. During the exam, the doctor touched my daughter’s private area without explaining why and without my consent. At no point was I told that any type of genital exam was needed for the symptoms we came in for. This was completely unexpected and made me feel that our boundaries as parent and child were not respected. What made the situation even worse was the fact that he was not wearing gloves during this part of the exam. As a mother, this was extremely alarming and felt highly unprofessional and inappropriate. I would like to thank Jarrod Napier, NP and staff at Express Medicine last night. My son developed a double ear infection, and they provided excellent care. They were able to give him antibiotic shots to help start the healing process and something for the pain so he could finally get some rest. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and compassionate. I truly appreciate their professionalism and care. I would highly recommend them anytime!

I went after hours because my family doctor was closed. Before they called me back the girl at the window told me I would owe 65.00. I gave her cash and she said they didn't have change. She called someone and then told me if I didn't have correct change I could not see a provider. They refused me treatment because they didn't have any money to give me change back!! I would not recommend.

Be careful going here. They will charge you twice to get test results. My sister went on Sunday had respiratory panel done. Went in on Wednesday to get a record of the results, front desk told her she had to be seen. Again

I came in early in the morning, I was greeted and taken care of by the friendly staff, and was treated quickly and appropriately by the Provider, he was great. This is my first time coming here since the urgent care I was going to closed and I will be coming here from now on. Thank you very much.
