I have been waiting six months, SIX MONTHS sending back impressions. Over and again...repeatly being hurt with trying to shove those things over my gums...finally they get it right 4 MONTHS LATER....I even pay them for a gold tooth cash money not even insurance money and they still as I write this have me on hold trying to find out why I don't have my teeth yet... You took my money happily I'd like to be happily fitted this is a health concern because I have to go on ozpempic and can't because I can not properly graze on nutrient rich food.... I've been on hold right now for more than ten minutes and no answer...clear air...THIS PLACE SUCKS...I'm sure at one time you may have been a worthy opponent among other laboratories...but as it stands you do not rate anywhere near the "one" I was f

i had to spend a lot of times to adjust and retake the impression due to open margin. One time i had to remake 3 times and pt was angry. I talked to the lab and i wanted to refund since i am sending the case out to the different lab they refused to refund.

For the handful of cases I've sent over this far, PFM crowns and complete dentures coming back beautifully with little to no adjustments needed! Good anatomy and crown margins closed all around.
