Horrible service. I brought my mother in to have her molar evaluated because the teeth were touching. Instead of properly addressing the issue, the tooth was filed down only halfway, leaving it visibly uneven and damaged. She now appears to have only half of a molar. A dental crown was placed, and since the procedure she has been experiencing ongoing pain. We were informed that insurance would cover the treatment; however, the office failed to complete the necessary paperwork and instead required a $1,000 cash payment. My mother felt pressured to pay, as she did not want to leave without a tooth. She continues to experience issues, yet the office repeatedly contacts her to schedule additional appointments. Very bad service I went there with appointment seat there more than 2 hours they didn’t call when I ask them how long someone say it’s take long medical office or dentist take long time very disrespectful stuff are really rude
