2020 Medical Center

** Beware** This office is a scam. They claim to take insurance but insist on adding additional methods which are not covered by insurance and are not optional for the patient. For example, I was referred by the Smile Crafters office in St Albans to have an extraction in Cambria Heights. I came in to have one premolar removed. I did discuss using bone graft with the original office but no one in Cambria Heights discussed the medical plan with me. I arrived at 4:32pm for my 4:30 appointment. I waited in a room from 5pm until almost 7pm. I understand, things happen. I really just wanted to get my tooth removed and the bone graft placed. Once the dentist moved me to the room he actually performs procedures in, he told his biller to speak to me. She informed me the bone graft would be $1000. W
