So in love with this dentist. She’s so sweet and makes me feel so comfortable. I’ve been to over 7 dentists in my lifetime and this is the one I’m sticking with. Such fair prices and amazing service by both the dentist and her staff. She found a hidden cavity while she was doing my cleaning and she even did it for me for free. Told the receptionist about that nice exchange and she told me how that was a common thing for her. I love Dr. Sandy Kim

We recently visited 1st Smile Dental and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Dr. Kim was professional, caring, and patient. She clearly explained the treatment options and prioritized our comfort throughout the entire process. The office was bright and clean. Overall, we had a great experience.

Unfortunately I have to give this place a one star and would give a ZERO if it was possible. Long story short...Came here to get my crown down and in a little over a year it fell out and they want to charge me $200 to reset it. I am not new to crowns. I have one now that's been in my mouth 34 YEARS! After doing bad work they want to charge me, so I guess I'm supposed to come every year to have it reseated. Now they claim there was a ONE year warranty but didn't tell me this when I was spending my money and insurance benefits. I would suggest you not go here and find a dentist who can donate SIMPLE crown. Don't waste your time, money and benefits here.

I called to set up a new patient appointment to use the 30 dollar special listed on their website. I was told they don’t have a website and would not honor the price listed. While their service is awful the deep fake website is impressive.
