1st Choice Urgent Care of St. Clair Shores

Having a sick kid during the holidays is never fun, but my son’s face lit up when he saw “The Grinch” and “Santa” dressed up hanging out at urgent care. The staff was second to none. Incredibly friendly and compassionate, fast, efficient, and got the treatment my son needed. This will be my first choice for urgent care and would recommend!!! Thank you so much!!

This was my first time coming here. I had taken my son to another local urgent care and I’m just not happy with them. Figured I’d give this one a try. Sign in online was super easy: literally booked online and got in my car drove there within 10 mins. Took me right back. Super quick, efficient and easy. The staff is amazing! Everyone is so professional; nice; friendly and welcoming. Office is clean and welcoming. Definitely will be back!

I had an excellent experience here as i have in the past with my 2 kids. The PA Ryan was very friendly and knew right away the problem. He explained everything to me in detail and made sure i did not leave without answering any questions. He also recognized me from a previous visit which did not dawn on me until after i left that he was the one to address my sons big tonsils to his pediatrician which is now leading me to a second opinion from another ENT in a couple weeks. He seems to know how stuff very well! Highly recommended this facility as the staff was also friendly and helpful and not to mention fast! I was in and out within a half hour. Thank you to this facility and staff you are much appreciated! :-)

It was my first visit to this location and I was happy with the service I received. Hopefully I won't need to, but, if needed, I'll go back there. The PA, Ryan, was thorough, professional and polite. If you need to try an urgent care, I'd say to check this one out. It only gets a 4 Star because there is always room for improvement.

First time there. Sign in was easy. Reception was very kind and helpful. Assistant was kind and concerned. PA was thorough, kind and helpful. Diagnosed with influenza A. They sent in my prescription to my pharmacy and I am on the road to recovery. Yes, I will highly recommend this place
