1st Choice Urgent Care of Rochester Hills

PA Kayla was truly wonderful. From the moment she came in, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was incredibly kind, patient and took the time to really listen to every concern I had without making me feel rushed. Her bedside manner was excellent and she was very thorough and thoughtful in evaluating my health. As this was my first time, she made the entire experience feel safe and reassuring. I left feeling heard, cared for, and confident in the care I received. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and attentive provider!

Nobody likes being sick but first choice, urgent care just brings you comfort from the time you walk in the door to the time you see the PA Kayla. She is very sympathetic and her bedside manner is head and shoulders above some regular doctors I have seen. And it’s so nice that you don’t have to make an appointment. I was able to walk in right after I got off work.

My personal experience involved a really long wait & line (as in there were no chairs left for me to sit in). I got taken back 50 min after my appt time. To be fair, it was the day after a holiday, which can make things chaotic in healthcare, in general. I don’t think they’re always that backed up. I was seen by a PA who was really patient, knowledgeable, and nice. Personally, I’m willing to take a long wait time as long as the care is good, and it was!

First Choice Urgent Care is always my go-to. Check-in is quick, appointments are fast, and the providers are thorough and take their time with you. I never feel rushed. Every time I’ve been here, they’ve been spot on with care and treatment. Highly recommend.
