1st Advantage Dental - Saratoga Springs

I experienced timely and thorough service, however my last two appointments were not as comprehensive as they have been in the past with regard to communication. Both my usual hygienist and dentist have left the practice. They were very good about explaining the condition of my teeth and gums as compared to previous visits and dental history. They also inquired as to anything that changed or that I might be doing differently and would make product and/or care routine recommendations. Plus, they were conscientious of my comfort (including any pain). Again, I would recommend this practice. I just miss the depth of communication I used to receive at each appointment.

After a bad experience at a different First Advantage Dental, I came in to my appointment hesitant. The whole team was great! Donna (at the front desk) was very helpful; Allie (the hygienist) was thorough and talked through everything she did; the doctor was also very thorough and explained everything well. I highly recommend them!

I have been coming to this practice for 20 years and have seen personnel come and go. The team that is there now is providing some of the best care I’ve seen. Great experience with friendly staff, hygienists and dentists. Keep up the good work

I had such a positive experience with 1st Advantage Dental. I was having a problem with my teeth and Donna and Brenda were able to get me in that afternoon. I needed 2 more appointments and again they got me in the same week. Jill my hygienist was so great and professional explaining everything to me. She also let me know how much things would cost before doing anything. Donna had all pricing for each procedure written out for me. Dr. Chang was also great and very thorough. This is a great practice and I’ve been with them for 30 years thank you

Checkup with First Advantage Dental of Saratoga. My hygienist, Jill, was wonderful. Donna helped with an insurance issue, the receptionist was very nice, and the dentist was thorough and helpful. Great experience!
