I love Dr. Rasa. "I was impressed by the excellent care she gave me, I'm so comfortable when I'm there. They are all so friendly and you feel you are a priority to them. You walk in and they immediatly stop what they are doing and greet you. Especially the front desk Balsam and Hind. They always welcome me with their beautiful smiley face. ☺️

Be careful giving information out, I called the service and the automatic system asks for a zip code, then sends me to a call center that apparently sets up the appts, the gentlemen was of Indian descent and was helpful but wanted my address and my social security number, that is never normal, they said it's ok if I don't want to give it I can give it at the office, which apparently should call before said scheduled appt, they never did except I've now been targeted by relentless spam and scam calls, one didn't talk to me professionally and seemed to want information. I believe this number has been taken at some point. Sold or bought or hijacked idc I'm not giving my social unless it's on medical or federal paperwork.

I called hoping to be able to connect with someone that could help me find a provider that even accepts my insurance. I was first connected to an automated system and told to enter my zip code. Then I was automatically connected with a nice lady who answered the phone by saying “hello?” I wasn’t exactly sure if I’d connected to a provider or a random lady at home watching TV. So I ask, “who did I call?” she then informed me of some random local provider. I asked if they accepted my insurance. She then asked me which insurance company I had, I told her it was a major carrier. She then asked if it was PPO or HMO. I knew at this point the entire call was futile. I responded by saying an HMO. She then said, “Sorry we ONLY accept PPOs”. What a complete waste of time.

What a waist of time. Why is this website still existing? No added value. Spend your time with more reputable search platforms: WebMD, Health Grades, Rate MD's, Vitals, Yelp, Google, etc...

What a joke. I'm not into being transferred to someone who can't help me.... I used this service about 5 years ago and it was 5****. Now I just got transferred to a dentist that doesn't accept my insurance. NEVER AGAIN.....
