I went for an emergency dentist after a crown loosened while I was at the gym. The procedure was quick, and what I appreciated most was the way the doctor explained the small mistakes in my habits that could have caused the issue.
I woke up with a swollen cheek and knew I needed urgent dental care. The clinic didn’t keep me waiting, the dentist was understanding, and treatment started right away. By the end of the day, I could eat without wincing.
Very poor experience with online representative that hung up on me before answering my questions. Please find people who are properly trained in customer service. If he gave me his name, I would call him out.
Dental pain hit right before my cousin’s engagement dinner. Wasn’t gonna ruin family photos with a swollen face. These folks got me camera-ready again.
These people are SOOO CARELESS and super mean! They always say 'we apologize' and are very good at hanging up the calls! WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! I wish I can post a audio call from them.Many of the did the same thing.
