A significant amount of dust enters the apartment, and the combination of gas stoves, carpets, and dust can cause feelings of suffocation and trigger allergies. While the views might be nice, health is more important. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I would give 0 stars if possible (see Yelp review). The pros are great views, nice location, and nice doormen. The cons are exhaustive. The highlightes include a now $700 fee to use the service elevator for 2 hrs. This includes simply throw away large items or moving. If you move between floors, you will be asked to pay $1400 for 2 hrs because this is both a move in and out. Don't expect exclusive use either. Last time a reserved it to move, the elevator was triple booked for those 2 hrs. The new property manager is much nicer than the previous ones; however, she is overseen by an elitist association. Renters are not allowed to attend meetings. Staff are not allowed to attend their holiday party each winter in the lobby. Many of the people who live here are just plain mean and unpleasant t

Best view ever. PERFECT location; bus stop, underpass to Oak Street beach on that corner. Red line and the Jewel 3 blocks away. Pharmacy one block. Friendly and safe neighborhood. Short walk to Rush Street. Architecturally unique building.
