1021 Dental

I have had some terrible experiences at previous dentists and this place literally melted all of those away!! Dr Aspen and the other lovely people here are amazing charismatic people and really helped with my anxiety by talking to me not as a customer, but as a friend. I know I need a lot of work done due to neglect, but I'm so happy I found a place that makes me feel welcomed and not ashamed because my teeth suck. Me and the person (I apologize I can't recall) who did my pan x-ray joked about my image looking like an album cover. So yes, I created just that. If you're seeing this review, enjoy! Lol!

I’m leaving this review to share feedback on a disappointing customer service experience. I scheduled an extraction appointment as a new patient, but was later told there was no appointment on file. the appointment was never properly entered, despite the office being in contact with my orthodontist. When I called to address the issue, the representative did not investigate further and repeatedly pushed to reschedule, even though this would have disrupted multiple orthodontic appointments. There was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience or apology. I hope this feedback helps improve scheduling and customer service for future patients.

I have been a patient at 1021 for over 35 years. It has always been excellent! Dr. Vasu continues the tradition of outstanding care. I highly recommend him and his wonderful staff.

The dental work performed here is fine but they are constantly selling you on services that are not covered by insurance. The main problem is that they don’t reveal it isn’t covered until after they have done it. That just did this with my 21 year-old who got charged over $100. I will be looking for another dentist after 15+ years of going to this practice.

Dr. V and his staff are amazing! my daughter chipped her tooth when she was about 5 n it was bonded, it broke a few weeks ago..dr v did his magic along with his team that got my daughter in pretty quick once we contacted them and my daughter couldn’t be any happier today ! thank you all! they do not take my insurance but there are other options i strongly urge you to contact this office with any dental needs you may need!
