My husband made me retract my original post saying something about idiots leaving bad reviews about Dr Chang's best qualities like her being fast. I love that about her! I'm rewriting my review to just focus on what I love about this dentist office. I love the fact that I can wholeheartedly trust the people there with my teeth, my money, and more importantly my children. My family has been going there for about 10 years and I wouldn't trust anyone else. Dr Chang and everyone that works there are honest and hard-working individuals that have the patients best interest. I love the fact that when I bring in my family Dr Chang makes accommodations that aren't on her schedule because she knows it isn't convenient for our family to always be there at the same time. I love the communication at 1

Dr. Chang is one of the best dentists I've been too in a long time. She's quick and efficient with pulling my wisdom teeth had no pain at all! Also I don't feel judged about having bad teeth when I'm there just going on how to fix them to prevent pain.

Amazing dental experience. I go for regular cleanings along with my wife and never felt more fresh. Its a 45 minute drive but it's hard to find a dentist that doesn't want to make you do thousands of dollars of work before doing a cleaning. There's nothing else I really need besides regular maintenance. Very grateful for 101 dental!

Still very upset about my daughter's experience with getting braces. Her 1st phase was pricey and she barely saw her for the months she had it on. Left all the blue built up on her teeth, and wanted to charge a lot again. After I paid 2800 for her phase which didn't straighten my daughter's teeth and wanted to charge another 4000 for 2nd phase. 7000 for a 9 year old teeth. Ridiculous!!! My new dentists asked why did they leave the blue things on. I said I have no idea!!! she does a rushed job and charge too much for not doing good work. I will be taking my hard earn money somewhere else that focuses on the the customers care and not the money.

I am from out of town and had to get a filling replaced. I called and they were able to get me in the very next day. They also helped me confirm that my dental work would be covered through my insurance. The staff was friendly at the front. There was absolutely no wait. I filled out my paperwork and was through the door within 5 minutes. Turns out I needed to get 5 fillings instead of just the 1 that I was going in for. The dental assistant would guide me through every step as I went through the process. They also let you know how much the procedure was going to cost firsthand before performing the work! I loved their transparency in this. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She also would explain to me every step of what she was doing before she did it. Again
