The receptionist was absolutely wonderful and easily the best part of the experience—friendly, welcoming, and professional. I came in because of the $49 new client special, which is technically real, but the structure wasn’t clear upfront. The first visit was only X-rays and a tour of the facility, and the second visit was a long lecture where I was told I had scoliosis and warned about the serious long-term consequences if I didn’t commit to care three to four times per week. The overall tone felt more like a sales pitch than a medical consultation. When I asked about pricing and package options, I was told they didn’t want to give numbers because it would be a “waste of time” if I didn’t follow through. Although I've not begun treatment, I must compliment 100% Chiropractic on EVERYTHING. I've been there twice, and I'm impressed with their knowledge, patience, and atmosphere. I love everything about them/office. They take their time to answer your questions --and, I had a lot of questions. I know this is a business, but, their "presence"...the two times I was there, is impressive and "personal"...so appreciated...deeply appreciated. Thank you both for doing the work you do with such passion and intention!

Didn't want to review yet until I went enough times to actually notice progress of some kind. First thing that I noticed was, after the first few times, I surprisingly started sleeping easier. I'm still in pain, but I went from sleeping about 3 hours a night to around 8 hours a night. Also, the other thing I noticed that was the biggest change is my ability to walk. I could only walk about 15-20 minutes once a day before my back and hips would start acting up. I tested my distance yesterday. I was able to walk 30 minutes one time, then I tried AGAIN for 20 minutes later in the same day. My hip started to hurt after that. But that's 50 minutes before I even felt a little discomfort! Huge improvement. 10/10 would recommend. And already have to a few people.

Dr. Sarah knows her stuff! 100% has a great approach to chiropractic. I have been to several chiropractors over the past year looking to replace my chiropractor of 10 years who recently retired. The initial intake appointment uses current technology to provide Dr. Sarah with a picture of where you are and what issues she will have to work on with your unique body. The 360 body scan in and of itself is a fantastic resource Dr. Sarah and her staff take time with you and explain what they are doing every step of the way. This is not a 2 minute back crack factory, this is the real deal! Recommended without hesitation.
