Dr. Zach is an outstanding chiropractor. He's by far the best I’ve found in the Charleston area. Easy to talk to and takes the time to listen. My lower back was getting tight and pain was localized around the area. Stretching and massages helped but only briefly. After my adjustment I felt completely relieved. No more tension in that area. I can’t recommend enough.

I've been with Dr. Zach @ 100% Chiropractic - Mount Pleasant for nearly 1.5 years now. I have vetted nearly every aspect of his expanding practice during that time and can unequivocally state that he is one of the most thorough and experienced docs I've ever worked with; offering not just spinal adjustments with great attention to detail, but also traction exercises to perfect and "lock in" those adjustments, stretch and massage sessions to work/relax the muscles, a decompression table to relieve lower back ailments, and a recently-added leg compression to aid in circulation and healing. Just this week he added a cold plunge and sauna to round out his total-body-healing practice - I can't wait to try those out! I'm in my 50s, been to several chiropractors in Mt. P since my teens but never one like Dr. Spivey. I don't leave many reviews as I'm kind of a tough sell but 100% Chiropractic in Mt. Pleasant deserves the recommendation, and so do you if you're reading this. They do x-rays on your first visit, review them with you to discuss a focused treatment plan, and there's no pressure to do more. They have in-house therapeutic massage specialists as well as assisted stretch specialists and are consistently working to provide a more robust wellness solution. I started going to 100% Chiropractic because of neck and shoulder pain that had me in tears and that first visit months ago began a wonderful relationship with the staff and a very happy body! I go twice a week now for adjustments to my back and neck but I get so much more!!! It’s a comforting place where I heal and laugh and feel recharged by the time I leave! Dr. Zach, Dr. Eli & Amanda are a unique team! I love them and look forward to spending time with them twice a week when I go for adjustments!
