When I went here after my consultation, I was under the impression that I would be under general anesthesia to get 3, likely 4 wisdom teeth removed. I was kept completely conscious, only had 2 of them removed, and was talked down to by everyone but one or two of the receptionists. I made them aware of my history of sensitive gums due to gingivitis and braces and they did not accommodate me at all, a receptionist even made comments about me "traumatizing other patients" when I screamed due to the lack of warning when I was stabbed in the gums with a huge needle. Additionally, I was not given proper pre-extractraction instructions, (which included EATING BEFOREHAND,) so the anesthesia wore off very quickly and left me in a great deal of pain before I even left the office.
